(1) The exercise of the right to hear and dispose of cases by the Supreme Court shall be by a constitutional bench, a bench of one judge as specified or a joint bench of more than one judge, a full bench or a joint full bench and a constitutional bench.
(2) Exercising other powers of the Supreme Court except as provided in sub-section (1) shall be exercised by the full meeting of the judges of the Supreme Court, the committee or the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court as prescribed.
